The location was perfect for majority of the attractions, just perfect.
The breakfast I could not fault. Everything you needed was there and it was all lovely. The staff were attentive, especially towards my disabled mother-in-law. Although some street noise was noticeable at times, overall we felt safe walking around, day or night.

The room was really nice with ample space and pleasant decor. Daily cleaning kept everything immaculate, a big plus. Breakfast offered a splendid variety. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits. The hotel is ideally located near Roma Termini. Communication with staff via WhatsApp was prompt and helpful. Noise from the street was noticeable at times, especially from late-night restaurants and early morning trash collection. I found the bedding a bit firm for my liking, though I did request softer pillows, which they provided swiftly. The warmth from the staff and their attentiveness made a lasting impression.

Very helpfull staff and a comfortable room plenty big enough for two friends to share. Lovely unhuried atmosphere in the well stocked breakfast room.

The bed could be softer. While I requested softer pillows, the mattress firmness was still an issue for comfortable sleep.

It is an exceptionally comfortable and gorgeous hotel. They serve delicious breakfasts for all tastes with meats and eggs, as for instance. The service is good, includes discounted parking. Moreover, there is a parking nearby.
Cold breakfast, it should be way much better.

Only the breakfast
Carrying own luggage up steps, elevator small, bedspreads dirty, hotel check in clerk not friendly or helpful.hallways, common areas dirty, mattress was lumpy,cot too close to floor, no in-room coffee service,no soap in shower rough toilet paper, good pillows and air conditioning. Rooms were dark and dingy.not what one would want for a vacation. Not a good experience!!

The staff was really helpful and friendly. Location of the hotel is vey good easy to reach everywhere you need. They have a sister restaurant, hotel guests have discount there and its a reaaly good restaurant.

Location is near to station
Very poor, not worth of money, (euro125 per night) should be more better. The breakfast is poor, very less variety of food even worse than a ** hotel in munich

Our room was very comfortable and very quiet even though the hotel is in a busy area. It's position so close to Termini Station makes it an excellent place to stay. There are plenty of moderately priced places to eat within the surrounding streets.
